i am not sure about everyone else, but Christmas has really gotten away from me this year. i have done barely any of my shopping and half way into the month, i am just now posting my advent calendar. whew. well hopefully it was worth the wait. i tried to use materials that i already had around the house. 1. because i procrastinated. 2. because i am poor. 3. because i was too lazy to go out shopping.
just being honest:)
so i started with a blank roll of paper, grabbed my sharpie and drew a festive wreath. then i hung it on the wall with some washi tape. then i punched circles out of gray cardstock and wrote the days of the month on them. next i folded brown paper bags and glued the number on. then i glued clothespins to the paper. lastly i painted the front of the clothespins metallic silver and put our name and year inside of the wreath and VOILA!
