sweet baby graysen

i love painting and my most favorite things to paint are nurseries.  i do not get the opportunity to do it as much as i would like but when i do, i really enjoy it.  thankfully i was recently approached by this lovely couple to create a lovely nursery for their little one on the way!
this is a pan of the room before.

little graysen's nursery was so fun. the lovely couple wanted cartoon-like characters and wanted me to mimic the characters in the crib bedding.
below is a picture of the crib bedding.

it was too fun!  i really love how everything turned out and could not be happier with the outcome.  i hope little graysen likes it too!
his name above the crib with a little monkey hanging out, and a lion to the right.
almost all of the nurseries i have done have had a tree, but i think this is my favorite tree so far!

congratulations ashley and billy, i am so happy for you and know you are and will be amazing parents.
love you.

A walk down memory lane........

My friend just had her little baby Cruze and I failed to post photos of the nursery that I painted prior to his arrival!  Well this nursery is filled with a book from all of our past, Peter Rabbit.

Hopefully one day I will have photos of the finished space and without the pencil marks on my drawings!
